Terms and Conditions for Digital Products Last Updated: January 1st, 2025. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from Elle.ite Styling Co. By purchasing or using our digital products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of all digital products provided by Elle.ite Styling Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.2 By purchasing a digital product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our digital products.

2. Product Delivery

2.1 All digital products will be delivered electronically.

2.2 Upon purchase, you will receive a download link or access credentials to the product. Ensure that your email address is accurate to receive delivery.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal purposes only.

3.2 You may not:     

• Share, distribute, or resell the product.  All images are copyrighted images- not for resale and cannot be used for resale purposes or marketing material, digital and print.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4.2 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All digital products are the intellectual property of Elle.ite Styling Co.

5.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

6.2 It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility of our products with your devices or systems before purchase.

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to our digital products if you violate these terms.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada/USA.
